  • How does the 7-day Pro trial work?
    Every new account gets seven days of Pro free — no card. The whole team is yours to try with sensible quantity caps (a handful of photo gens, a few dozen messages, etc). After the seven days the account drops to Free; nothing you wrote, no setting, no receipt disappears. Upgrade any time and you pick up where you left off.
  • What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
    Basic ($39/mo) — commerce Workers (orders, customers, products, shop integration) + email connectors + Tier 1+2 tools. No Photo Studio, no API integrations. Pro ($99/mo) — all Workers + Tier 3 (the heavier creative + integration tools) + Photo Studio + dynamic API onboarding + priority help. Pro is for operators who need photo generation, exotic API integrations, or a team up to five people.
  • What are top-ups?
    Each Basic / Pro plan ships a monthly wallet budget ($40 / $120). If you burn through it before month-end, buy a top-up — packs of $25 / $50 / $100 (1:1 mapping to wallet credit). Top-ups never expire — they roll across months independent of plan reset.
  • What stops the team from spending too much?
    Three ceilings: every action has a per-call limit. Every day has a daily limit. Your plan has a monthly bill. If a Worker would cross any of them, it stops and asks. We never take the next dollar without your tap.
  • How many people can I add?
    Free is one person — you. Basic fits two (you plus an admin who helps you). Pro fits five (owner, admin, members who run the team, viewers who only watch). Roles decide who can change what; everybody sees the receipts.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    All the common cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — through Stripe. Invoices get generated automatically (with VAT for businesses where it applies). You manage your card and download receipts yourself in the billing portal; we never see the card number.
  • What happens if a payment fails?
    Stripe retries the charge a few times. After the last failure you get a seven-day grace window — the team keeps running, you keep operating. If the card still does not work after the grace, the plan downgrades to Free until you fix it in the billing portal. Your wallet top-up balance never disappears.
  • Are Business and Enterprise plans available?
    Not yet on a self-serve page — but if your scale needs SSO, a data processing agreement, dedicated support or custom limits, write to us. We pick those conversations up by hand and tell you straight whether we're the right team for that scale today.
